Blog #2

I think that the concept of Lifelong learning is key to our survival in this world. My grandpa used to say that the sooner you stop searching for new things the sooner you stop progressing. I think that RSS Feeds could be very helpful in learning the news in specific fields of interest. It would make keeping up with the newest teaching methods and technologies much easier. I think it would also be nice for things like new recipes and sewing projects for example, which would be a great help with putting together lessons for Family and Consumer Sciences classes.

You are so right! Technology can totally become something wonderful in our lives! And your grandpa sounds like he knew what he was talking about. I think the perfect examples of learning in our days would be the prophet and apostles. They are constantly learning more about things. I always want to be a life long learner! :) Cheers to blogging on a Saturday!

Way to go! Enjoyed your comment about your grandfather too. I like the idea of being plugged into feeds that have to do with our major. Please share when you find something of interest.

You are so right...I don't know how I could live without using my brain and learning about a variety of subjects. I think that as we learn, we learn about ourselves and this is how we discover new interests and talents.
